At this point, we are creating a plan of action. We take our time to determine all your expectations.
The team of experienced developers designs a high-quality application.
After a series of several or a dozen or so sprints, the project is completed. The application is placed in the AppStore (iOS) and Google Play (Android) and possible development works are planned.
It is a meeting attended by the entire Scrum Team, during which the way of working in the ending sprint is analyzed. The goal is to consider how this work could be improved in the future.
A summary follows whether all the assumed tasks in the sprint have been completed and, if necessary, adjust the Backlog before starting the next sprint.
The team has started the current sprint and meets daily on the Daily Scrum to discuss progress. Project Manager controls whether the work is going at the assumed pace.
During planning, from the list of tasks in the Product Backlog, the tasks to which the Development Team will start in the upcoming sprint are selected. Sprints usually last two weeks.
